Cannot access admin account. Need to cancel subscription.

Hi. 

I tried to put office 365 apps for enterprise on my personal computer for work. I used my work domain email to get the account started. Now I can't access the admin side because it is linked to my work. I want to cancel my purchase and use office for personal. 

Can you do that without me contacting my work admin?

Based on your mentioned description, generally, if the user have Office 365 for Business or enterprise subscription, they can cancel such subscriptions from Office admin center under “Billing” section. Here is the detailed information article for the reference: Cancel your subscription

Meanwhile, since you have not permission to access Office 365 admin center, you need to contact to Office admin of your organization for further help about to cancel such subscriptions.
