Hi ,freddyvandenabeele
I am Vijay, an Independent Advisor. I am here to work with you on this problem.

1. Sign in to the https://account.microsoft.com/services page with the Microsoft account associated with your Office 365 subscription

2. Look for the Cancel link or Expires on date.

If you see a Cancel link under the subscription name, select Cancel. You might be given the choice to get a refund for unused time. If you choose to get a refund, the subscription will go into View Only or reduced functionality mode immediately. Otherwise, you'll have access to your subscription until it expires.

If you don't see an option to Cancel, you might have turned off automatic renewal and won't receive additional charges. You don't need to cancel. Your subscription will end on the Expires on date.

If you don't see an option to Cancel, and you see Paid with and None, your subscription will end on the Expires on date. There's no need to cancel because you won't receive additional charges.

You may receive a refund if you:

Bought a yearly subscription within the last 30 days, OR.

Bought a monthly subscription, and cancel within 30 days of your last renewal date.

Do let me know if you require any further help on this. Will be glad to help you.

Hello Freddy.

Thanks for posting your query.

Follow these steps to cancel or deactivate recurring billing of all Microsoft subscriptions and Office 365 subscriptions.

1 Go to Services and subscriptions. You may be asked to log in.

https://account.microsoft.com/account/ManageMyA...

2 Search for the subscription and select Payment and billing> Cancel. If you do not see your subscription, make sure you have logged in to the correct Microsoft account for that subscription.

3 Follow the on-screen instructions to proceed with the cancellation. Check your inbox for a confirmation email.

4 You can also find the subscription and select Payment and billing> Change> Disable recurring billing to avoid being charged again when the subscription expires on its own.

If this is not possible, here is the contact for customer service:

https://partner.support.services.microsoft.com/...

Best regards,
Cristhia

Hi ... in my previous job (left on Sept 30th) I paid for access to office 365 personal via my personal credit card and have just noticed that the £59.99 renewal automatically got debited on Oct 23rd but as I am no longer with that company and therefore no longer require the serviceI'd like to know how I can get a full refund, please ?
I have been on you 'payments and settings' page and it only gives me the option to cancel with effect 23 Oct 2020, there is no mention of how i claim for a refund for this year ?

please help

many thanks
