Cancel My office 365 subscription after free trial automatically charge

Hi,

My office 365 subscription after free trial automatically yesterday, which I don't wanted to continue,

Now I cancel my Microsoft 365 Family subscription today, but show me can't cancel it because i already paid, so how to do? will I get a full Refunded or Not?

To cancel your subscription, you just have to follow steps below:

1. Go to https://account.microsoft.com/services/
2. Find your subscription and select Manage. If you see Turn on recurring billing instead of Manage, skip to the Troubleshooting section - otherwise proceed to step 3.On the next page, select Cancel or Upgrade or Cancel, depending on your subscription type.

Regarding the refund, you need to contact Microsoft Support directly since I am just an Outlook user as well and dont have access to your account.
