Calendar invites from external source come to me as plain email but as invites to others in my organization

I receive calendar invites from Verizon each week and every time they come across to me as an email with no calendar info.  Others within my company receive these too and they are calendar invites.   If they forward it to me it is ok.   Here is everything in the email body I receive:

I checked your domain and noticed that the MX record is not pointed to Office 365. So I would like to know if you are in an Exchange Hybrid environment. To my experience, the issue could occur when Office 365 incorrectly transforms HTML messages such as calendar invites into plain-text messages when delivery them in Hybrid.

If you are not an admin, I suggest you involve into this thread for troubleshooting. Meanwhile, please also provide some more information.
1.Please test if the issue happens if other senders from Gmail or Hotmail senders send you a meeting invite.
2.If you are in a Hybrid environment, are the affected users and unaffected users in the same side?
3.If you are not in a Hybrid environment, which mail service are you using?
4.Please provide the original mail header of the two invites received by you and other users. To protect your privacy, I have sent you a private message. You can provide the requested information in it.

1.   This happens with no other users within my organization.   No one uses Gmail or Hotmail.  

2.  I have not been able to find out if my company has a hybrid environment, but this doesn't happen with any other people.

3.   We use Outlook for email.

Thanks for your update. I’d like to clarify some information:

1.  To confirm whether it’s a client related issue, please close your Outlook client, let the sender send a new meeting request to you, then sign into OWA and check whether you can see the calendar information.

2. Please contact your admin and check whether you’re in a hybrid environment.

3. About mail service, do you use Exchange Online, Exchange server or 3rd party? Please let your admin provide this.

4. To get the mail header, please double click the email, navigate to File > Info > Properties. Please send us the original message headers of the two invites received by you and other users via the private message Alex provided before.
