Btconnect customers to lose their accounts.

I have been informed that my btconnect email address is to be closed and that no email can be diverted to a new address. The results of this are likely to cause a huge amount of trouble to me. Is there no way the address can be saved?

That's something you take up with BT Connect support, or their forums

Thankyou for your reply. I'm here because I am led to believe by BT that the decision to close down our btconnect.com email addresses has come from Microsoft365 to whom all of BT's business addresses were sold/ migrated some years back. At the time we were assured of their continued use. Now it appears that no-one is receiving any money for these pop legacy email addresses and despite previous assurances, they are to be discontinued with no form of diverting to a new address.

I'm hoping someone may be able to keep these alive. There are a large number of people in my position.
