Billing overage

I was overcharged for my Office subscription. I have attempted to speak to someone, but when I call 877-696-7786 I am directed to help.microsoft.com. When I go there, I am directed towards the previous 877-696-7786 number. Where do I need to go so I can get this taken care of? This is a minor issue that can be fixed rather quickly but I can't get in touch with a live person to complete it. Thanks.

Thank you for your response. I have already investigated the information found on the link, and it was not helpful. Do you perhaps have a link where I can chat with a Microsoft representative? I understand that the people on this forum are unable to help, I am looking for somebody who can. Thanks again.
