Billing in Access???

Hi

I want to create a Billing Database.

What i want is when i create a bill for cust1 and later on when i receveied the payment for the same i want to set off both payment & Bill with each other so that i should not see those bill which have been setoff or cleared in pending bill of the particulars customers. Also my bill will be as per site means one customer can have many bill but for different site, so i want every detail by site wise. Also i want how much i made bill in site1, etc.

Is there any ref link where i can study this type of database. Can any one help in table structure & relationship of this type of database.

This is also known as an order entry database.

There are many ways of filtering out paid bills, depending on how you work. Also, you need to decide whether you will invoice a company for all sites or specific sites.
