Best Office 365 App for daily checklists

Planner seems easy, but I do not see a way to create a recurring checklist for tasks that need to be followed each and every day.  I could create a share point list, but then need to create flows, views, and possibly a power app.

Is there a program I have not considered that will be usable on iOS to allow checklists to roll up and gauge completion, but can be configured to repeat each day?

Thanks for any tips the community may have on this topic.
