Batch printing in Access

First off, newbie here so bear with me. I have about 25 reports I print each month and would like to create a batch file to automate the printing. On a different site I found these instructions:

When you need to print a number of Access reports, you can create a macro to print them all at once. To do so, follow these steps:

Open the database containing the reports.

  1. Click Macros Under Objects in the Database window.
  2. Click New.
  3. Resize the Macro1:Macro window and position it alongside the Database window.
  4. Click Reports Under Objects.
  5. Click and drag the name of the first report you want to print to the first cell under Action.
  6. Click and drag the name of the next report you want to print to the next empty cell under Action.
  7. Repeat step 7 until you've dragged all the reports to the Macro1:Macro window.
  8. Close and save the macro.
  9. Click Run to print out the reports.

I created the macro as described, saved it and closed it. Then right clicked the macro and clicked "run".  It opens all the reports but does not print any. TIA for any advice.

If you are using the OpenReport Action, you need to specify Normal view so it will print instead of opening.
Hope this helps,
