Audio not working on my PPT recording

I am recording my PPT webinar and the video works, but the audio is not working (Yes, the mic is on) help please!

To resolve this issue we need more information. Let us know the following.

How have you saved your presentation in PowerPoint – what option have you selected?

Does this issue happen while trying to play the presentation and have you saved the presentation with PowerPoint Show option?

To resolve the issue you may try the following step:

 

  1. Click on File > Options > Advanced and under the Display group of options make sure to check the options Disable hardware graphics acceleration and Disable Slide Show hardware graphics acceleration.

  2. Apply the changes by clicking on OK.

  3. Close and reopen PowerPoint 2010.

  4. Check if this resolves the issue.

 

Check the above and let us know.

HI!

When I play the slide show, the audio is there.  It is when I save it as a movie that the audio goes away.  

There is no "OPTION" under FILE    (File > Options >)

Thank you for your response and sorry for the late reply.

What options do you see when you click on File in the top-left corner?

The option Option will be visible below Help in the left hand pane when you click on the File tab.

 

Check the above and let us know or send us a screenshot of your File tab.

there is no "OPTION" under the FILE tab.  See pic
