another Office 365 renewal problem - a reminder but I've renewed.

I've just had difficulties renewing my annual subscription for Office 365 Home Premium - full details are here by way of background & in case they're relevant.

This new thread is about another problem. After renewing I had two emails immediately.

One from 'billingATmicrosoft.com',  which included this:"This mail is confirmation that you successfully changed your subscription to Office 365 Home on 21 January 2017. Please retain a copy of this for your records. Here is a description of the change:"

and the other from 'Microsoft Store Support (do not reply)' which included this: "Thanks for your order from Microsoft on 21 January 2017. You'll find your order details below. Your Office 365 subscription is ready and waiting."

Then an hour later, after I'd unticked the automatic renewal, I received another email from 'billingATmicrosoft.com' that said "Your Office 365 Home subscription will expire on 21 January 2018. To avoid a possible interruption of your service, please renew your subscription by 21 January 2018."

So, that's pretty good confirmation that I'd renewed.

Why then have I just received this garbage?

I've sent a curt reply saying I have renewed; it hasn't bounced back but frankly I've lost all confidence in their process - their email doesn't even say when it will expire.

Can anyone here help please?
