an error occurred while PowerPoint was saving file

Hi there,

Myself and several colleagues are experiencing the same issue as the above users. Can you let me know if there's a known fix? Our business relies on using PPT to convert to PDF so it's delaying our work. Our IT support team have been unable to help and have escalated it further so any help would be much appreciated.

When I got stuck in same situation, I have tried this solution. Hopefully it works for you too. So try it.

When error displays while saving PowerPoint document, avoid saving the file by clicking on cancel -> Go to Tools, select Macro and click Visual Basic Editor -> select user form with ActiveMovie control -> Further, in File menu click on Remove UserForm Name and click No -> Again go to File -> click on Close and Return to Microsoft PowerPoint and exit PowerPoint from File menu.
