All my OneDrive files have disappeared

Starting ~Feb 21, suddenly all of my files in my one drive web have disappeared. I see that the used space in my drive is 4.7 GB / 1 TB but I cannot access a single file from my one drive because I get this generic "The item might not exist or no longer available" (please see the screenshot).

When I go to Home screen, I see all my the files I accessed prior to Feb 21, 2025 but when I click on them I get an Http 500 Internal Server Error in the browser (please see the screenshot)

Could somebody please help here. I have reached out to Customer Support multiple times and they acknowledge the issue but keep closing the underlying support ticket without providing any resolution.

Unfortunately, I don't have any backup of these files (never in my dream I thought OneDrive could have this kind of issues). I tried all the possible troubleshooting mentioned in different forums including, unlinking my device, using incognito mode in the web browser to log into one drive web but same issue, changed devices, changed networks, cleared browser cache, non could help resolve the issue I am seeing.

I see that others have also faced the same exact issue, and it seems this is a onedrive migration issue on the server side. My email is of @live.com domain.

After Unlinking and then when re-linking, I get this error:

I decided to check on my problem OneDrive account using the Web UI today & to my surprise I was able to see all my documents & photos. I guess Microsoft did something to address the issue. Hopefully those of you that had this issue also can access your files now.

Support escalated to senior engineering could not resolve my case from their end. "A bug has been filed, and it is now in our development pipeline. The issue will be resolved in an upcoming product update," but they are "unable to provide a specific timeline for the fix." So the few cases reporting resolution may have had partial errors? I had errors into the settings. I hope especially for those with livelihood on the line that this is fully resolved soon. This failure was egregious enough, but to be handled so poorly, with such disregard for the users, that is why I will be moving elsewhere.
