After reset how to reinstall Office 2019 on Windows 10

My new device has been repaired at the acer shop and a reset was done. This inactivates the programs. Office, which I unlocked before the reparation has been gone.
Because I already used the key for office 2019 home & student once I cannot install it again on the same device. I tried for over two hours with the Microsoft assistant but it does not work. I'm also confused, because sometimes the reply from the system is, that I have no abonnement, but office 2019 is no abo.

Do I have do deinstall? reinstall or just reactivate?

Does anyone know what I have to do step by step?

Kathrin, If you purchased a retail version of Office Home and Student 2019, when you first installed your Office Microsoft would have created an Office Account for you at: https://account.microsoft.com/services/  You can reinstall your Office by signing into this account using the same email address and password that you used to purchase Office 2019 from the Microsoft Store or used to install Office with a Product Key purchased from a third party vendor.  You should not have a problem with the licence as you still have the same motherboard.

Note: The Product Key can only be used once to install Office,  thereafter you can only reinstall Office from the Office Account. 

However, If your Office came preinstalled and you cannot sign into your Office Account you will need to contact the computer manufacturer.
