I have a customer that has not been in service with us in a long time and requested that we help out with some work in their Office 365 environment. The admin credentials that we have notated is incorrect and no other users are admins or know the admin
credentials. The admin account does not have any recovery options enabled. Any idea how to reset an admin account without admin access or recovery options?
