Hi All, I am having a real issue, there is no recent synchronization between on-prem and Office365 cloud. I have noticed in our office 365 admin panel under Azure AD Connect that "Last synced more than 3 days ago" . Normally it should be updated
every 30 minutes. How can i resolve this problem?
I tried to follow the steps on https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/troubleshoot/azure/active-directory/directory-sync-stop-register
but when I accessed "Synchronization Services" and browse to Connectors -> our Active Directory -> Connectivity, wasn't able to update the Username and Password.
Any idea how to solve this synchronization problem.
