Admin alerts for tenant One Drive Sync Conflict?

As a global admin, there are two ways you can get OneDrive sync conflict alerts: OneDrive sync client app and OneDrive health dashboard.

OneDrive sync client app:

For OneDrive sync client app, it is obvious to get a notification (this is seen on the OneDrive app icon) when there is a sync error.

OneDrive sync health dashboard.

If you are an admin of Office 365, you can read alerts for your OneDrive sync health dashboard, a platform that gives you the general review of your OneDrive sync status.

You can set up the OneDrive sync health dashboard in the following four steps:

• Make sure you have the required role and app versions listed in the previous section.

• Go to https://config.office.com and sign in as a global admin or Office apps admin.

• In the left pane, under Health, select OneDrive Sync. This tab has a "PREVIEW" tag on it.

• Select Enable preview features to accept the license terms.

The OneDrive sync health dashboard appears in my admin center:

If you have users with sync issues, you will see them under OneDrive Sync Health so that you can take further measures.
