Address validation error message

I can't seem to update my payment method to purchase a subscription. I keep getting this message "We couldn't validate your address. Please ensure the address you've entered is correct." But it's the correct address associated with my card.

Anyone with the solution? Thanks

I seem to be having the same issue. I cannot then request help using the email or phone back option as it will not accept any input. So I am stuck and cannot pay for the subscription.
