Additional Colors for Office Theme besides White, Light Gray, or Dark Gray?

That won't change for Office 2013. Office 2016 currently has White, Dark Gray and Colorful themes, where Dark Gray is much darker than the Office 2013 version. (Access 2016 has only White and Colorful)

The Light Gray and Dark Gray themes from Office 2013 have fallen by the way.
