Activation of office 365

When we try to activate an office 365 install, the process does not actually take us to the sign in screen. Attached is the process it goes and wondering how to get office to load the actual page so we can enter the actual details. So the steps go as shown below, but the 2nd picture is the final result

Thanks for the updated information.

 

Please try the following to check the outcome:

  1. Connect the problematic computers to a different network.
  2. Try to sign into Office 365 portal via browser on the problematic computers to see if you can sign in successfully.
  3. Turn off firewall.
  4. Turn off anti-virus software if available.
  5. Turn off proxy if available.

 

Meanwhile, we notice that the issue only occur on 2 machines in your organization, other machines are working correctly. What are the differences between the problematic computers and those which work correctly?
