Activation of My Microsoft 365 personal

My Microsoft documents went inactive (always getting a pop-up window on "activation wizard) after i uninstalled and reinstalled the Ms 365. My online monthly subscription had not expired yet. My online subscription has been renewed and cash deducted from my Visa card though my Microsoft account shows under "Payment & billing" that subscription is completed. The following screenshot shows the issue currently:  (I need assistance for i have a lot of work pending due to these issues)

Before the Ms Office documents became "inactive", i tried to open them and got the following issues shown on the screenshots below. (previous issues) since 29TH JUNE 2020.

You have two sets of errors in your screenshots

The first indicates you have Office Pro Plus 2016 installed, not Office 365, the second set of screenshots is a known bug in the update process (0xc00000142)

Use this tool from Microsoft to remove all remnants of any previous Office Installation:

Important - Restart (not shut down) your PC . . .

Go to https://account.microsoft.com/services/

Re-install Office 365 from there . . .
