Access Database error: "File is already in use"

Access Database error: "File is already in use"

Get an error message when going into access database that the "File is already in use" and I already updated window to latest updates but still error message and only I can open database in one PC.

You need to uninstall KB5002099 for Office 2016.

This update I already deleted but the problem not solve.

Do I have to delete this update from all computers or only from the computer where the database (tables) is located?

If you review

https://www.devhut.net/access-lock-file-issues/ 

You see that you have to uninstall the update from any PC that uses Access to run the database. So basically, you need to uninstall it from all your PCs
