Get an error message when going into access database that the "File is already in use" and I already updated window to latest updates but still error message and only I can open database in one PC.

This update I already deleted but the problem not solve.
Do I have to delete this update from all computers or only from the computer where the database (tables) is located?

You see that you have to uninstall the update from any PC that uses Access to run the database. So basically, you need to uninstall it from all your PCs
