May I know if you received PowerPoint presentation from someone?
A common problem is lack of fonts that you used on the original computer, that are not present automatically on other computers. This error usually appears if the original PowerPoint presentation is opened in another computer and has the text in a font that is not present in other computers. If this is the case, there are view measures that can be taken to prevent the error:
Use common fonts- Use common fonts only like Arial, Segoe, Times New Roman, Courier etc. that are supplied with Office apps. This way you do not need to install the third-party fonts on all the machines.
If someone has shared the PPT with you, you can suggest the user to either create the PPT with the built-in fonts or embed the custom font with the PPT so you can install it on your computer.
If the above mentioned is not your scenario, please provide us with the following information for our understanding:
Please provide the screenshot of Microsoft 365 Product Information. To get this screenshot, open PowerPoint on your system, click File>Account, capture the screenshot of all the information mentioned under Product Information.
A screenshot of the error.
May I know if received the affected PPT from someone else?
Do you get the same error in PPT that you have created on your computer?
Regards,
Neha
