I'm reopening this thread, as the problem hasn't been resolved, and the forum moderator's response doesn't accurately reflect the functionality of the Outlook for Android app.
Here is a video repro of the issue, showing step-by-step what I'm doing: http://bit.ly/2bbOXOG
As you'll see, there's no screen from which I can submit an in-app support request:
- Install Outlook from Play store
- Open Outlook
- Click Get Started
- Enter email address
- Outlook looks up my account, recognizes it as an Office 365 account, and presents me with the O365 login screen
- Enter my password
- 702 Error
