"702: Unable to Login" Error on Outlook for Android

I'm reopening this thread, as the problem hasn't been resolved, and the forum moderator's response doesn't accurately reflect the functionality of the Outlook for Android app.

Here is a video repro of the issue, showing step-by-step what I'm doing: http://bit.ly/2bbOXOG

As you'll see, there's no screen from which I can submit an in-app support request:

  1. Install Outlook from Play store
  2. Open Outlook 
  3. Click Get Started
  4. Enter email address
  5. Outlook looks up my account, recognizes it as an Office 365 account, and presents me with the O365 login screen
  6. Enter my password
  7. 702 Error

I was having this trouble.  I just updated the Outlook app (new version 2.1.58 - released Aug 15, 2016), cleared the app data and now it works for me.
