Keep getting off and on this message on new windows 10 with outlook 365 on spectrum network. 
Your mailbox is temporarily unavailable because another email message is being delivered to it or another mail application is accessing it. The server responded -ERR [In use] accoint is locked by another session or for maintenance try again. 
we have 3 different items accessing the account at (*** Email address is removed for privacy ***). One is a new windows 10 machine with outlook 365 another is a surface pro with outlook 365 and an iphone 6s. The iphone is the only imap setup. We have resently changed physical address. Seems that sometime everything works fine then all of a sudden we get the error. 
Any help is greatly appreiciated and hopefully will help others.

This problem has been corrected by the isp making some adjustments to there system.  What they did we will never know. Thanks for the help all the same.
