As per your description, if possible could you please try open your Access in safe mode  to check whether it related to add-ins:

If this situation disappeared in Safe Mode, then this issue could be caused by the incompatible add-ins, you can disable add-ins by this way: Open Access>add-ins>Disable add-ins. For reference: disable application add-ins and COM add-ins

1. What’s your Access version? Open Access> File > Account > Production Information and share a screenshot of it.  (Please mask your private information.)

2. Does the issue happens on all Access files or a specific one?

3. Can you recall when this behavior starts e.g., after Office update or Windows OS.

بدأت هذه المشكلة فى الظهور منذ حوالي 10 ايام
ولا استطيع تحديد لماذا حصلت او متى لاني التحديثات لديا تتم بشكل اوتو
وتحدث فى كل الملفات
واى ملف تم تصميمه بهذه النسخة من اوفيس تنتقل مع الملف لو تم نقله لجهاز اخر
