Why are my bing ads not showing/performing?

I set up my Bing ads two weeks ago. I've got 3 ad sets set up but only 2 impressions throughout all 3 ad sets? There is also no spend on them and 0 clicks also. What maybe the issue?

I understand how important it is for your campaign to deliver frequently to increase traffic to your website, ultimately resulting in higher conversions. Based on the post, it appears that while the ads are delivering, they are not serving as frequently as they could be. Here are some ways to improve the performance of your campaign.

  • If you're using Enhanced CPC, we recommend increasing your keyword bids, and use bid adjustments with targeting to help increase your ad position and improve CTR.

  • Increase the relevance of your ads to your keywords and landing page by writing effective ad content.

  • Add more keywords that are relevant to your product/services. Use the keyword planner to build effective keyword lists.

  • Bid across all match types within the same ad group, rather than just one or two match types. This can help lower CPC, and can also increase the click-through rate and conversions.

You may also use recommendations to enhance your campaigns. Recommendations help you get the most out of your budget by improving bids, keywords, and ads, which can increase the overall efficiency of your campaigns. 

  1. From the navigation menu on the left, hover over Campaigns and select Recommendations.

  2. In each recommendation tile, you have options to:

    • Apply all to immediately add all recommendations to your account.

    • View recommendations to review the details of each recommendation. Here, you can Dismiss the ones you don’t want, or Apply the ones you do want by selecting one or more checkboxes > select Apply.

    • Download a list of recommendations by selecting the ellipsis icon More information icon. From here, you can also Dismiss the recommendations or Provide feedback to help us better support you.

Please note that it can take up to a couple of weeks for results from your changes to start showing up. So it's a good idea to regularly run performance reports every two to four weeks.
