Unable to log in to ads.microsoft.com

I recently launched a Bing campaign using Microsoft Ads, but have subsequently been unable to log in to my ads account. I have been getting the same error message across multiple days and multiple browsers (I have tested for the last 5 days on each day on both Firefox and Edge browsers). Below please find a screenshot of the error message.

Any assistance with this would be much appreciated as I will need to update and, eventually, end the Bing campaign. Thank you!

In this instance, I would recommend first trying to clear your cache and cookies in both browsers, as it can help clear sign-in errors.  Then try signing in via a private browser.
