Bing Ads Editor - Error

I just updated Bing Ads Editor to the latest version (11.19) and I am running into bugs with it. When I tried to update it, the previous version I had disappeared from my computer. I could not find it, so I tried to install the new version but the new version would not install because the current version I had was preventing it from installing.



Long story short, I had to get IT involved for a few hours to fix the problem - which included scrubbing my hard drive. 

Now, after FINALLY getting the newest version up and running - I still get an error message. How do I get this error message to go away?

Errors with Bing Ads Editor

Most issues with Bing Ads Editor can be solved by simply uninstalling the program and installing the most recent version. Our Bing Ads Platform Health Blog is a helpful site where you can see any known issues that have been reported with the Bing Ads UI and any of our Bing Ads tools, along with the status of theses issues.

Seeing as though you have already performed these steps and are still encountering issues, I would like to have my engineers review this so that they can provide guidance towards a resolution.
