Lumia 820 - what is error code 8007000e?

Hi guys,

just bought my Lumia 820 (w/ Amber). This is my first WP. after four years of laggy android..

I tried to set up my Google account for syncing. It always give an "action required" sign, and the following error message. Mail and calendar sync work with this too, but not the contact synchronization.

I tried to reboot, set up after a hard reset, etc. I launched none of the apps before try, and have a 8GB microSD installed.

I couldn't find any useful tip/hint on the internet, just workarounds - but I don't want to do a workaround. It is said that with GDR2 Amber it's easy to set up a CardDAV/CalDAV synchronization....well, it's kind of disappointing.

Is it something with the hardware? Should I bring it back to the shop and ask for a replacement?

thanks,
David

Hi DavidIhasz,

Thanks for your contribution in the forum of Microsoft Community.

From the description of your issue you were saying that you have an error 8007000e in your Nokia Lumia 820.

The error message  regarding  enough  memory on the phone you are getting, is in general   when is full and no space available to sync the memory device again.

Have a look for this link regarding how to use an SD card to add space on the phone.

You can also use a shrink app to gain some space on your phone:

I hope that the issue get solved.

Have a nice Day.
