HTML Email Rendering on Exchange 2010 Based Account

I have a system generated email message.  It is an HTML table, with borders and colors.

I send the message to my Hotmail account, and my corporate email, which is Exchange 2010.

This is how the output is rendered on my Lumia 920 Mail app...

Hotmail: The table formatting is correct.  Fonts are colored correctly, and borders appear and are accurate.

Corporate Exchange: Font is black only.  It is laid out sort of like a table, but there are no cell borders, so I can't really tell.

Is there a bug in the way Exchange 2010 renders HTML email on the Windows Phone?  Is this something that the Exchange admin needs to set up?

Thanks!

Hi DJB_4,

Thanks for the forum entry.

The issue you experience is most likely related to the exchange account.

I would contact the exchange support. the administrator should know best, what is causing that issue.

There might be a filter for content or a restriction that could cause that issue.

It seams that the issue you encountered is solved due to no response.

If it works on one account and it dose not work on the other then that is the issue.

Best Regards.
