If I suspect there is a software bug in one of the core Windows Phone applications (calendar) then how do I file bug reports with Microsoft such that it reaches technical support or development team?
Namely I've asked
this question in these forums but have yet to find a solution. The comments suggest there are other users affected by this issue. If this is a bug in core WP calendar application, then I suspect a community is unlikely to provide a solution.
I've also tried Windows Phone Twitter support with no result.
I've also tried Microsoft support online chat where I was told to call Microsoft support phone line, because online chat can't resolve technical issues.

I've now run out of options to try and am hoping someone in this community has some tips I haven't yet tried.
