After update app won't start, app developer does not respond

Some days ago I installed an updated of the Astroller app (ISS view) and now the app won't start.

I have the paid version of the app and already contacted Heliotrope Software but after days absolute no response!

If you look at the store you'll see that others having the same issue using the Astroller app.

What can I do as paying customer of such an app?
