Error Code 86000C0A - Unable to sync Outlook account with Windows Phone 7

Does anyone know how to deal with this error? I have thrice tried to configure my phone to read my Outlook email and always have gotten this error. I believe all of my config information is correct (I've synced this with my Windows Mobile 6.1 device). I know the Exchange Server is up, and I'm on my WIFI AND Cellular networks. My WIFI is on the same network as my Exchange Server and is phone is in close proximity to both.

Any ideas? I've turned on advanced logging, but I don't see any info.

Hello,

I have found same error in WM 6.5 forum where comgrit suggested:

In ADUC (showing advanced properties), do a properies on the affected user -> Security --> Advanced --> Tick "allow inheritable permissons..." and OK everything. (User mustn't be a Domain Admin either.) Then resync on the mobile and it should be OK.
