After experiencing the deleted sections problem and the fix in the sticky at the top of the forum (thanks!) my notebooks sync from skydrive.
I wish to send a link to this notebook out to my colleagues for sharing - so they can view on their phones. However, the onenote:https://.... link sent from onenote no longer works. Tapping the onenote: URI in my email goes to a white screen which says "Loading..." across the top ahead of then showing a popup with:

There was a problem and we couldn't complete this task. Try again.
Error Code: 800003e9
- I tried again under various network conditions and with different links within this particular notebook.
- Tried resetting office again.
But still get the same error.
Couple of interesting things:
- Before I reset office to solve the deleted section issue, I could follow the onenote: link to open the notebook in onenote.
- If I go to my shared skydrive in the phone browser while in mobile view, clicking on the notebook icon correctly opens it in onenote (I need to find what that uri is!)
