Q: Where can I find what is contained in each update?
A: Details on what to expect in this and previous updates are available
Q: Will updates be delivered over the air?
A: Customers will receive an on-device notification once an update is available. To learn more or to install the update users will have to connect their phone to a computer and use the Zune PC client or Windows Phone 7 Connector
(for Mac) to complete the update process.
Q: Can a mobile operator choose to delay an update?
A: Microsoft works closely with device maker and mobile operator partners to ensure that they have time to test updates before they are deployed on their networks. Given the different testing schedules of mobile operators,
some users will see an update before others do. If an update is still being tested by a mobile operator, or a customer chooses not to install a given update, the next update will be cumulative and bring the phone fully up-to-date.
