I have been following a thread on WPCentral.com and also discussing the issue with my Verizon Wireless business reps. Apparently there is an issue with the Trophy when it returns to the US CDMA network where the data connection will not function until a complete device reset is completed. According to Verizon HTC is supposedly aware of this issue and working on a fix. Can anyone confirm this? Is there possibly an issue within Windows Phone 7 OS that causes issues with CDMA networks that Microsoft may need to fix??
I currently have 6 users in my company that all travel internationally from time to time that have this phone. If this is not resolved soon we will have to abandon not only this phone, but because Verizon only has one Windows Phone device; Windows Phone all together.
