Mango 7.5 update on an HTC Trophy/Verizon device doesn't work!
Did my Mango 7.5 update on an HTC Trophy/Verizon Win 7 phone and it disabled the 3G data connection (WiFi still worked). Spent 4 hrs on the phone with Verizon/HTC without finding a solution (some unidentified conflict). Had to restore to the previous software
version 7.0 to continue using the phone. I'm now waiting for HTC escalation department to contact me with a solution. (Zune software version 4.8 & Windows 7 home). The update looked like it had some nice features but is useless without a data connection. Has
anyone else had this issue? Is anyone at Microsoft aware of this problem?

HTC finnally identified the conflict. It was with a HTC app called connection manager. Once that app was removed from the phone the Mango 7.5 update was re-installed and everything worked fine including the data connection.
