after delete and restore some files and sync
there is error code e000003d
pls advise, what is e000003d, and solution

Jack Cook, I have the same problem. I can provide more information:
when I first had entered into onenote at phone and synced my notes, I changed a little data at this note, and since my phone's onenote app shows this problem instead of synchronisation

Did you change the name of your notebook and/or its location?

Did you create new notebook and try to to sync???

 
Was it working prior to the error???

Try going into Settings/Applications and click on Office. Click the button "reset Office" and see if that helps.

yes, I changed the name of notebook
yes, I had created new notebook before I tried to sync
it was working prior the error
yup, I have already reset Office, i did not help

i had similar problem.

first it started with "unfiled notes" not syncing & giving me error code e000002e

then i followed advise to reset office in my phone

after that it started giving me error code e000003d & not syncing again this "unfiled notes"

 

in skydrive web i made a new section, lets call it "A"

then opened office in phone & synced.

now i made this section "A" as a default one in phone

now all new notes made in phone go into this section "A"

 

now i checked if everything was working

then i deleted this "unfiled notes" section in web

after some syncing it disappeared from my phone 

& no syncing errors anymore.
