this problem exists in my nokia x6 16gb... firmware is 20.0.005.312.05
The call log is showing up the number instead of displaying contact name
It is not the case always and it happens random. To be clear Mr A who is in my contacts calls me, his name will be displayed now but might not be displayed if he calls me again
The problem do exist while receiving a call not only with call log
In other words it shows 994809380 calling instead of displaying Mr A calling

- do u havethe following in the order shown ?
- Menu / settings / contacts / options / settings / Name Display / First name Last name.
if not as above , change as the order given and check.
- Also please check whether u have entered 8548764744 for two names.

- do u synchronise contacts with OVI suite ? if so let me know.
