HERE maps can't find route after update

I received an update from the windows store a day ago to 3.5.487.8  map 8.30.53.110 and now it says it can't find a route when I put a destination in. It knows my location and the destination and there clearly is a route possible, but HERE seems unable to find it. This worked perfectly before the update. My wife's phone and mine was using 3.5.486.8 before the update with the same map data. The update seems to have broken HERE maps navigation. I am in the Dordogne region of France.

Did you update also the map data along with the app itself ?

Well, the map data is current and I have no problems with France with that new version of the HERE Maps application. Anyway, HERE Maps » options » download maps » download new maps » options » delete all maps, and then re-download France. Did that help? If not, we need a example route which does not work for you.

you must enable at "Settings/route settings" all  the roads(all the switches must be on "yes")
