Q: Sync Error Code 800704CF

I am trying to sync between Windows 8.1 on desktop and phone which is Windows 7. Error Code 800704CF quoted.

If you are receiving the error 85050025 when syncing an Exchange or outlook account, deleting the account from the phone and then re-adding it has been reported as a possible fix. Under Settings > Email + Accounts, tap and hold on the account then select Delete. Once removed, tap the add an account option then proceed to add it back.
