Lumia 640: How to deactivate the Reset Protection feature?

So I set up a password to find my phone and forgot the email address and the password that I used to set this up. I did what anyone else would do and just did a hard reset on my phone. Well now this hard reset that I did just locked me completely out of my phone. I don't know what to do from this point because its asking for a code that I don't have and it gives me 5 tries. I don't want to use any of those chances to try anything fearing that I will just brick my phone. Can some one please help me

@CodyGonzales Hi. Since the Reset Protection feature is associated with your Microsoft account, suggest using the same email address & password that you used to setup your phone. More information about how to deactivate this feature can be found here: Protect my phone.
