Windows Phone Store App Error [80073cf9]

How can i install this app? And even large files that i have downloaded before has an error. But with this, its just facebook beta that i have downloaded before and uninstalled because it crashes when opened. Then when i installed it again, this was the result. Same with my other games. Like asphalt 8, dungeon hunter 4 and etc.
