windows phone application upadate error 80072f78

Dear

Please help me to resolve above subjected error solution. I wanted to download anything form store or update anything from store I am getting the error 80072f78 after restarting my phone 10 times I am getting the same kind of error.

Thank you for posting on the forum.

I understand that you are not able to download apps nor install updates from the Store in your Windows Phone device.

Very often the reason for the error you are dealing with is missing information on your Microsoft Account profile.

Please Sign In with the Microsoft Account that you have set on you device to the following web site :

https://account.live.com/SummaryPage.aspx?mkt=en-gb

And update your Account information.

After that, please cancel all the pending tasks in your phone's Store,

then restart the phone and when it turns back on go to Settings > Date+Time and disable Automatic
Settings and manually set the correct date and time.
