While syncing of my personal notebook still works, my work notebook stopped syncing about a week ago (it used to work before that). It reports Error code: e4010640. It may be connected to the fact that I changed my work account password about a week ago. Syncing of my work email and work documents on my Skydrive Pro works. Only the work notebooks do not sync. I have HTC X8 with AT&T.
I tried to remove the work account from my phone, restart the phone and add the work account again but with no result. I spent two hours on the phone with Microsoft Fasthelp, Help Desk, and HTC. None of these ever heard of this error code.
