Windows Phone 7.8 : Error d000f001


I own two Windows Phone 7.8 devices, the Lumia 610 and Lumia 800. Both are signed in using different Microsoft account.

For the past 2 months I have been trying to download several apps from the Marketplace using both phones with no success.

Major apps like Facebook and even the YouTube app from Microsoft (For WP7) can't be downloaded at all.

The store is able to display the app catalog on the Marketplace, but attempts to download any app will result in "There has been a problem completing your request, Try again later. Error code: d000f001" message.

I have tried hard reset, changing the clock settings, language and region settings, and even signing in using a different Microsoft account.

Is there a solution that to this issue?

You're welcome, Jakez. Currently, the list of the unsupported apps for the Windows 7 and 8 phones is unavailable. It's best you contact the app developer to find out if your device is still supported. For Facebook, you can visit their support forum for further assistance.
