There have been questions raised similar to this one, but is there a setting for primary password in Microsoft Edge (a feature in Mozilla Firefox) to add another layer of security for saved passwords?

... another layer of security for saved passwords?
Anyone who has access to your Windows user account has access to all your data - email, documents, photos and browsing history, for example. If you want to keep those data private, don't allow others to share your Windows user account.
As regards stored passwords, there is a second layer of security. This applies to passwords stored by Windows itself, by Windows programs and by browsers (Internet Explorer and Edge). Anyone wanting to view a saved password has to know the password to the Windows user account or (better still) the PIN you may have assigned. PIN is better because it can only be entered from the computer itself, so no-one - e.g. a hacker - can use it remotely.
Ideally, each person using a Windows computer should have his own user account and password.

On my Android phone, it's not possible to view passwords saved in Edge without knowing both (1) the password to the Edge profile, i.e. the Microsoft Account through which passwords are synchronized, and (2) the PIN to unlock the phone itself, which has to be entered before a password is revealed. How is this a 'weak point'?
