Where is the Advanced Setting Option in Edge for Win 10?

I do not have a Advnaced Settings option in the settings section.  Can someone let me know how to navigate to this.  I would like to change the settings on files to "Ask what to do with files" so that i can either view in Edge or Download.  I do not want to automatically download to my system.

Thanks!

Hi jcaro_iwt

In the new Edge browser, Microsoft removed the 'Advanced Settings' option

Click the 3 dots at the top right of Edge and choose Settings

In the search box at the left of Settings type download

On the right, scroll down in the Site Permissions section and you will find that setting

Thank you.  But this item does not allow me to select what to do with the file.  I want to be able to either view or download.   I do not see where there is this option.  Thank you for your response and assistance!

Hi jcaro_iwt

I have just checked, I seems Microsoft have omitted to add that function to the new Edge Chromium

I have just reported this, can you please open the Feedback panel in the Edge Browser (Alt + Shift + i) and report this too
