Thank you for updating me that information. All this happened after a recent windows update? When was the last time your computer was working properly?
Please try to do a full Antivirus scan on your computer. You can also scan your system with malwarebytes for any malware.
If this caused by a recent update, You can manually uninstall it.
Press Start then search Settings
Select Update and Security > View update history
Click Uninstall Updates
Under Microsoft Windows, Select the most recent updates then Click Uninstall
Wait for the updates to uninstall then Restart your PC
If it doesn't work, Please try to Uninstall the update via Command Prompt
Press Start then search Command Prompt
Right click then run as administrator
Please type or copy paste the following command. Replacing the KB ID with the one that you wish to uninstall.
wusa /uninstall /kb:[id]
Example: wusa /uninstall /KB:4560960
Hit Enter then Restart your PC
If still doesn't work, Please try to Perform a System Restore on an earlier date which everything was still working properly.
Press Start
Search for Create a restore point, and click the top result to open the System Properties experience.
Click the System Restore button.
Choose a different restore point. Click the Next button.
Select the restore point that you want to use on your computer. You can check the box "Show more restore points"
Click Next then Finish
I hope this helps! Please let me know if you have any further concerns.

Thank you for updating me that information. This update is for New Edge automatic installation for Windows. It cannot be removed. The only option you can do is to Perform a System Restore on an earlier date before this update got installed.
Please refer on my previous reply for the steps.
